Disability Inclusion & Community Support

We believe in a world where everyone is included. Our programs advocate for the rights of persons with disabilities, ensuring they receive assistive devices, healthcare, and education.

Counselling & Emotional Support

Healing starts with a listening ear and a caring heart. Our counselling services help individuals dealing with trauma, grief, and personal challenges.

Community Outreach & Food Assistance

Hunger and poverty affect many families. Through our food assistance programs, we provide meals, food parcels, and emergency relief to those in need.

At Heart of Love, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to grow, learn and thrive, and every young mother deserves the support, dignity and opportunity to build a secure future for herself and her child.

Our Children & Young Mothers Project supports vulnerable young mothers and children who are facing poverty, social isolation, limited opportunities and difficult circumstances.

We don’t simply provide immediate help — we work alongside families to create lasting change.
